SLEEPS GUIDE
We have prepared answers to the questions you may have before use:
What are Sleeps strips?
Sleeps is an enhanced complex of melatonin and plant extracts for good, quality sleep and nervous system support. They are created in the format of small strips for absorption - to make it as convenient as possible.
Melatonin (or "sleep hormone") is a substance that normalizes the falling asleep process. Usually, it is produced by our body as a natural response to darkness in the evening. Thus, the body realizes that it is time to fall asleep. However, too much stress, anxiety, and blue light from gadget screens can block its production. Then, the circadian rhythms are disrupted, the amount of cortisol rises, and it becomes more and more difficult for us to fall asleep.
Melatonin in supplement form helps to return to better sleep
The strips also contain a complex of herbal extracts that further soothe and, importantly, help not only with falling asleep but also improve the quality and duration of sleep.

Valerian extract — reduces anxiety, calms, and promotes relaxation.

Lavender extract — helps relieve tension and stress.

Chamomile extract — calms the nervous system and improves sleep quality.

Hibiscus extract — provides antioxidant properties, thus helping to fight stress and promote overall body recovery after stress.

How do Sleeps strips work?
Sleep strips are created using the technology of microencapsulation of components. It means that the substances entering the body are immediately absorbed into the bloodstream, avoiding decomposition in the gastrointestinal tract. This way, you get the maximum benefit and a quick, comprehensive effect on the nervous system and sleep.
You can use the strips before going to bed and not think about extra calories. There is no sugar in the composition.
Don't worry about the taste either: thanks to safe sweeteners, the strips are slightly sweet, and natural flavors give a light lemon and mint flavor.
